*Professor Ylts is a computer specialist and an expert consultant on the Y2K Problem for several multinational organizations. He assisted the United Kingdom's DAC regarding electronic commerce and other matters for the English Arbitration Act 1996, having begun his arbitration career as secretary to the arbitration tribunal in The Macao Sardine Case (1986); see Sir Michael Kerr, 3 Arb Int 79.
